To have a platform

Building a personal blog has been on my to-do list for a long time. Thanks to God's blessing, I've been granted a great amount of time that gives me a chance to observe things, think about things, and record things.

Regarding that recording, a platform is required, so I built this one.

To share thoughts

There are two kinds of thoughts. An isolated thought is one you hold without telling anyone. Another is a shared thought: you share it, collect feedback, and refine it.

I believe that sharing thoughts is burned into our DNA code. From sharing food to sharing abstract meanings, it's human nature. Following my nature, I share my thoughts here.

To make friends

If we are strangers, this blog is a perfect way for you to know me, because it's full of my thoughts and will help you draw an outline of me. If you're interested in me or my thoughts, you can email me.

Friendship is a long journey, and maybe the first email will be the start of that journey.

To know myself

As Heraclitus said, "A man can't step into the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he is not the same man." I am changing, and so are my thoughts.

When I read my own blog, I may find patterns in those changes, which will help me know myself better.
